Sam brings a broad range of practical experience across multiple trades, including carpentry, timber framing, masonry and both first and second fix work, giving him a strong, well-rounded understanding of construction.

As a qualified Site Manager at ADD Sustainable Construction, he plays an important role in the day-to-day delivery of projects, overseeing site operations and ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and to a high standard. His hands-on background allows him to effectively coordinate trades, maintain quality control and support smooth progress on site. Sam’s growing involvement in project management reflects his capability and commitment, contributing to well-organised, high-quality builds.
