He plays a key role in the day-to-day running of projects on site, overseeing operations, coordinating trades and ensuring that work progresses efficiently and to a high standard. Matt is responsible for maintaining quality, health and safety, and programme delivery, ensuring that each stage of the build is carefully managed.

His proactive approach and clear communication help keep projects running smoothly, on time and in line with client expectations, from the early stages of construction through to final completion.
