Jill plays a vital role across both ARCO2 Architecture and ADD Sustainable Construction, supporting the day-to-day running of the business through her work in accounts and office management.

As Office Manager and Accounts lead, she is responsible for financial administration, bookkeeping and maintaining efficient operational systems that underpin the wider team. In addition to her core responsibilities, Jill also oversees key areas including HR, CIS and health and safety processes, ensuring that the business operates in a structured, compliant and organised manner.

Her broad skill set and attention to detail allow her to manage multiple responsibilities effectively, supporting both office and project teams. Jill’s reliability, organisation and experience make her an essential part of the company’s continued success.
