IAN ARMSTRONG

Ian is a co-founder and Director of ARCO2 Architecture Ltd and a RIBA Chartered Architect with extensive experience in delivering high-quality, design-led residential projects. Alongside his architectural role, Ian plays a key part in the leadership of ADD Sustainable Construction Ltd, helping to bridge the gap between design and construction to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach across every project.

Ian oversees the day-to-day running of ARCO2, managing project workflows, team coordination and programme delivery to ensure that each scheme progresses efficiently from concept through to completion. His hands-on involvement ensures that projects are carefully planned, well-managed and executed to the highest standards, giving clients confidence at every stage of the process.

With a strong focus on collaboration between architecture and construction, Ian brings clarity, structure and consistency to project delivery. His experience across both disciplines allows him to anticipate challenges, streamline communication and maintain momentum on site, ensuring that each project is delivered with precision, quality and attention to detail.
