Alan plays a key role within ADD Sustainable Construction as Lead Designer, bringing a strong design-led approach to the development and delivery of projects.

With a focus on translating architectural vision into well-considered, buildable solutions, he works closely with both ARCO2 Architecture and on-site teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction process. Alan is involved in refining layouts, detailing and material selection, helping to create cohesive, high-quality outcomes that respond to both client aspirations and the surrounding environment.

His attention to detail and collaborative working style support a smooth transition from concept to completion, ensuring that each project reflects a clear, thoughtful and well-executed design vision.
