FMB Master Builder Awards Winner

ADD Sustainable Construction, has been named the South West winner in the prestigious Housebuilder Award category at the 2025 Federation of Master Builders Awards held in Winchester.

The team received the honour at a ceremony held on 18 July, where their standout project, Turnstones, captured the judges’ attention. One judge praised it as “a masterpiece against all adversities.”

Described by the FMB as a blend of innovation, craftsmanship, and low-carbon performance, this home exemplifies what modern housebuilding can achieve.

As regional winners, ADD Sustainable Construction will now advance to the national finals, taking place in Manchester on 26 September.
