ADD then help you with cost control, value engineering, construction, site management, project management, handover and aftercare.
ADD & ARCO₂ work from our own bespoke award winning office. We share resources and ensure that you work with the same familiar faces throughout your project. By taking care of everything we are able to take away your stresses and strains of a project to ensure the process is enjoyable.
COST CONTROL
ADD SC take great care to ensure cost is managed throughout the project and presented to our clients clearly and transparently. We undertake all costings in house using our own comprehensive pricing document. This document provides accurate and up to date data which can be trusted. Early cost analysis is undertaken during the design stages to ensure the building is designed to meet your budget.
As the design gains more technical detail and specification we are able to provide more accurate costings. We guide clients through the cost processes to ensure their brief and vision can be delivered.
